Au Naturale

What's creamy colored, velvety, spongy, and toasty?

If you guessed a sweater than I'll give you partial credit—I was thinking more along the lines of the sand of the beach...or maybe a warm piece of angel food cake (??)

Anyway, it's the season of silk layers and nubby sweaters and let me tell you, nothing makes me more warm & fuzzy on the inside than a great sweater.

But a good sweater has to have the three C's;
(and no not color, cut and clarity)
Rather, Comfy, Cream or camel colored and Cuddly.

Can you tell there is some hard core scientific research behind this optimal-sweater theory?

Suit up

The smell of pumpkin, wood fire, and basketball (?) are in the air.

Ah yes, basketball.
Midnight Madness was just a few weeks ago, where the entire student body comes together to kick off the season in the only way possible—with a huge celebration.

It's time for the players to suit up and hit the court and make their fellow Friar family proud.

As for me, I'll opt to suit up in scarves and layers for the fall season.

Before I go on embarking the blustery and crisp autumn winds, I always reach for a silk scarf.
The different possibilities of styling, wrapping, tucking, layering, and tying are never-ending.
They layer well, keep you warm, add a pop of color and pattern to any mundane sweater/shirt combo.

All hail the silk scarf.
